The duvet and pillow covers in this pattern are made in Jaipur to my specification of 100% crisp pure white cotton percale with handmade lace that is dyed light blue and a "hotel" bottom closure (consisting of a flap inside the cover) and ties. We derived the Blue Lace design from its plainer cousin, White Lace; it is also inspired by traditional bedsheet designs in 19th century England. This design is also made from perfectly plain percale with a 5 cm border, but in this case is separated from the main duvet cover by a blue ladder stitch lace made by hand in Jaipur and dyed a stunning shade of light blue. This very traditional style suits all decorative schemes, including modern ones. 
 
Please wash cold with non-bleach laundry detergent and either machine or line dry so that the blue lace will not run.   These bedlinens look best when ironed.
