DELIVERY AND RETURNS
SHIPPING RATES
We are based in Vienna, but we ship worldwide. We've got some great news - we offer FREE SHIPPING to the whole of the EU as well as on all orders over 300 Euros!
At the moment, we do not have the possibility of express shipping.
EU STANDARD DELIVERY
Orders placed Monday - Friday will be delivered to you within 3-6 working days & FREE of cost.
REST OF EUROPE STANDARD DELIVERY
Orders placed Monday - Friday will be delivered to you within 7-10 working days. Orders over 300 Euros FREE.
REST OF WORLD STANDARD DELIVERY
Orders placed before 12PM Monday - Friday will be delivered to you within 1-3 working days. Orders of 300 Euros or more are delivered FREE of cost.

We are not responsible for duty and taxes that may incur overseas.
While we do everything we can to ensure a safe delivery of your item/s, please note that we are not liable for goods once signed for as this is deemed proof of delivery.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Once your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.
RETURNS
In case you'd like to issue a refund or exchange for an item, you have 30 days to do so from
the date of purchase.
Please notify us via e-mail at cynthia@lavendelwien.com stating your order number in the
subject line. Please send the package to:

Please note:
We are not responsible for the cost of return postage. When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost parcels.
EXCHANGE
We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

REFUNDS
We offer refunds on full-priced items within 30 days of purchase. Once processed, the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned, excluding shipping costs associated with the order.
Once your refund has been processed, depending on your payment method, please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear back in your account.
Please note: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item/s must be unused and in original condition/packaging.
