These duvet covers and pillow covers are made in Jaipur to my specification of 100% crisp pure white cotton percale with a block printed design and a "hotel" bottom (consisting of a flap inside the cover) closure and ties. The designs are derived from classical Indian motifs, feature spacing and simplicity that is suited to a European eye and beautiful muted colours--as such they suit both modern and traditional decorative schemes.
 
I have derived the Cypress Tree design from a traditional motif that Indian textiles have exhibited for the past few centuries, in this case a stylised cypress tree printed in a soft sage green with muted pink stems. The reverse side is printed in the outlines of the motif in the sage green colour. Each motif is 31 cm high. The pillow covers feature 3 prints of the Cypress Tree block.  
 
Please wash cold with non-bleach laundry detergent and either machine or line dry. These bedlinens look best when ironed.
