100% Cotton Percale.
Hand block-printed and individually sewn. 
 
The duvet and pillow covers are made in Jaipur to my specification of 100% crisp pure white cotton percale with a block printed design and a "hotel" bottom closure (consisting of a bottom envelope closure) and ties. The designs are derived from classical Indian motifs, feature spacing and simplicity that is suited to a European eye and beautiful muted colours--as such they suit both modern and traditional decorative schemes.  
 
I have derived the Palm Tree design from a classical Indian motif that Indian textiles have featured for the past few centuries. The principal colors in this pattern are green, brown and pink. Each motif is 21 cm high. This motif looks particularly playful and exotic, especially in the mountains of Austria. 
 
Please wash cold with non-bleach laundry detergent and either machine or line dry. The bedlinens look best when ironed.
